Cleaning & Sanitation Process We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for every guest. Our cleaning procedures are completed before and after each booking to ensure the space is always ready for your event. ✨ What We Do Before Your Arrival • The entire space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including high-touch areas such as door handles, tables, chairs, and light switches. • Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed depending on the setup. • Restrooms are fully restocked with soap, paper products. • All furniture is inspected, cleaned, and arranged neatly for your event. • Trash bins are emptied and prepared with clean liners.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
