About Studio 206 And A Half
Studio Space Available in Valley Junction! Looking for the perfect studio that had mix of natural light and charm? Studio 206 is located right in the heart of The Historic Valley Junction District. The shooting space is around 750 sqft that includes 1 large room with an alcove, a smaller room, and kitchen with a working bathroom. The studio can be described as bright, minimalist, and charming. A few props are available for hourly renters. See FAQ for more information. The door is located right next to the bar, Mitzi's, and labeled 206 1/2. Available props: 2 stools, 1 posing block, 1 children's stool, 1 air mattress (must bring your own bedding, 1 white futon, 1 cream colored couch, and 1 full length mirror. Personal props may be brought in as long as they do not damage the studio.

Health and Safety Measures
The studio space is cleaned weekly. High touched surfaces are disinfected after each booking. There are lysol wipes and disinfectant spray available for use below the sink in the kitchen.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
