We take pride in providing a clean, safe, and ready-to-use studio for every guest. Here’s how we prepare the space before each booking: Between Every Reservation • All high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, counters) are disinfected. • Floors are swept and mopped. • Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and restocked. • Trash from previous bookings is removed. • Props and furniture are reset to their original positions. • Any areas used for food or makeup are wiped down and sanitized. Daily / Deep Cleaning • Full disinfecting of all rooms used for production. • Dusting of shelves, cubbies, and decor. • Wipe-down of toys, mini furniture, and daycare-themed items. • Air freshening and ventilation of the building. What We Ask From Guests • Return furniture and props to their original setup. • Place all trash in the provided bins. • Clean up spills or debris from food, props, or equipment. • Avoid leaving personal items or large messes behind. This cleaning routine helps maintain a professional, hygienic, and production-ready environment for every creator who uses the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
