Our facility offers a versatile, comfortable setting perfect for trainings, workshops, seminars, team meetings, and small group events. The rental includes access to a large classroom/auditorium-style room ideal for presentations or instruction, as well as a dedicated conference room for focused discussions or breakout sessions. Guests can also enjoy a warm, “living room–style” common area with seating for up to 15 people—great for networking, casual conversations, or relaxing between sessions. This space includes a coffee station equipped with both a traditional coffee maker and a Nespresso machine for added convenience. With a functional layout, professional atmosphere, and multiple areas that support collaboration and comfort, our space is well suited for groups looking for a clean, modern environment to host their gathering. Whether you’re planning a training day, off-site meeting, or weekend workshop, the setup offers flexibility and ease for a wide range of activities.

Our space is thoroughly cleaned and maintained each night to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment for every guest. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, floors are vacuumed or mopped, trash is removed, and common areas—including the classroom, conference room, and lounge—are reset for the next day. Restrooms are sanitized, supplies are restocked, and the coffee area is wiped down and refreshed. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable space so you can focus on your event without worry.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
