The space could work well for filming or small group meetings of 8 or fewer people. The 100-year-old, 2-story brick home has been freshly and thoughtfully remodeled to display vintage charm. Enter the double front doors into a cozy living room with gas log fireplace. To the right is a small office with a door. Downstairs also features a dining room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and large master bedroom with a uniquely laid out ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small seating area. The house also has a large deck across the back with 12x16 covered screen porch, and separate patio dining and grilling space.

We clean thoroughly after every booking using disinfectant cleaners. We also provide cleaning products in the laundry room for guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
