Large storefront showroom/gallery with beautiful natural light and multiple areas for flexible use. Thoughtfully designed space with unique furniture and artwork. The space features: - one main room (~1000sf), open but split into two sections. One half is an open office / meeting area with large conference table, TV/monitor, and printer. The other is a mixed use area - other tables for additional work space or gathering space, as well as lounge and casual seating. - a separate office or conference room (~250sf) with one large table and multiple other small tables and seating options. This room has a door and can be fairly private from the main space - either for quiet meetings or just for back room / prep / storage use. - a large, private, ADA restroom - nice private storefront entry in front - easy street parking and direct street level loading with overhead door The building is home to a local custom furniture and woodworking company (www.jlfprojects.com) and this storefront is primarily used as a furniture showroom, office, and exhibition/event space. It is full of original handmade furniture, all produced on site in our woodshop. Please note that this space is adjacent to a functioning woodworking shop, and you will hear background shop noise from time to time. The noise level is not enough to disrupt normal quiet work/activity, but if you are concerned please schedule a time to stop by and see/hear the space in person.
