Our 79m² street-level studio is a versatile and inviting space ideal for music rehearsals, small concerts, dance and movement classes, workshops, meetings, and intimate events. The room features full-length mirrors with elegant curtains that can be drawn to cover them when needed, along with warm parquet flooring that creates a comfortable and adaptable working environment. The open layout can be easily configured to suit your needs: it can be arranged as a cozy, intimate setting for artistic sessions or transformed into a clean, formal setup for conferences and presentations. The studio includes a grand piano available upon request, basic sound equipment, and music stands, making it especially suitable for musicians and performers. It also offers a fully accessible restroom for guests with reduced mobility. The space accommodates up to 50 people comfortably. In addition to the main studio, the venue includes three smaller classrooms equipped with upright pianos and a drum set, which can also be rented if additional rooms are required. This flexible and well-equipped environment is ideal for guests looking for a comfortable, adaptable, and creative space in the city.

They thoroughly clean and disinfect the auditorium/multipurpose room, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms, following a detailed checklist to ensure the space is fresh, hygienic, and ready to use. Since it’s not a living space, there are no beds or bedrooms, but the entire facility is cleaned to provide a comfortable and professional environment for classes, rehearsals, workshops or events. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
