What activities work well in your space? This space is ideal for small events & gatherings up to 100 people, music creation, rehearsal, or collaborative artistic work. It works perfectly for band practice, solo sessions, vocal rehearsals, songwriting, pre-production, or small creative meetings. In addition, the environment is well-suited for intimate private events such as listening parties, small showcases, workshops, photo/video shoots, and more. The atmosphere supports both focused work and relaxed social experiences. What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? The Big Room is 900 sq foot and includes a blank stage, static stage lighting, 12 folding chairs, 4 tall round tables, air conditioning/heating, and three 10 x 20 foot photo backdrop stands (black, white, and green). Equipment and professional crew are available for rent, or the client has the option of bringing in their own crew and equipment. There are 2 bathrooms on site, one upstairs, and one downstairs. The room is located in the back of the building and has ADA access as well as its own dedicated side yard and private entrance. The front of the building features a public lobby and that's where the bathrooms are located. The room is swept, mopped, and surfaces and door handles disinfected after every event. The bathrooms are kept clean throughout the day by our lobby attendant. Event rates at The Big Room include a small crew that keep the tables, floors, and surfaces clean throughout the duration of the event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
