Setup and breakdown must happen within your booking time. 2. Excessive trash must be removed by the guest. 3. Missing or damaged items will result in additional fees. 4. Return the studio to its original condition before leaving. 5. Please remain within booked studio and shared areas unless accompanied by staff. If rules are not followed, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied.
