Other spaces and rooms are available at an additional cost for smaller meetings of up to 50 people, breakout sessions, classes, or private team huddles—perfect for multi-room programming or events that need separate spaces. The venue is equipped with high-quality technology to elevate your experience. Enjoy a large LED screen, state-of-the-art audio equipment, and two large mobile TVs perfect for presentations or media displays. A green screen and a professional AV studio is also available on-site, suitable for recording, livestreaming, content creation, podcasting, or video shoots. Additional amenities (add-on required) include an extra room that can be used as a changing area, green room, prep room, break room, kids room, or storage space, giving hosts added flexibility for performers, speakers, and production teams. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept environment for every guest. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly refreshed so you walk into a spotless, welcoming atmosphere. Our cleaning process includes: Full sanitization of high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, chairs, and equipment. Floors swept and mopped throughout the main hall, meeting rooms, and entry areas. Restrooms fully cleaned and restocked with essential supplies. Trash removal from all used rooms before the next guest arrives. Chairs and furniture reset so the space is neat and ready for setup. AV equipment and screens wiped down to ensure clarity and a professional appearance. Extra attention to the changing room and studio, ensuring they are tidy and comfortable for immediate use. We ask guests to leave the space in the same general condition in which it was found. Basic cleaning from you after your event is expected, while our team will take care of the detailed turnover before the next booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
