A large 80-inch TV with a built-in webcam and speaker system makes virtual meetings effortless, while a 50-inch whiteboard is perfect for brainstorming, presentations, or training sessions. Guests will also have access to a restroom and break room, complete with a coffee maker, beverages, and snacks to keep meetings productive and comfortable. The building is monitored 24/7 with security cameras for safety (note: video surveillance is active, but no audio is recorded).

Our conference room and shared areas are cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking to ensure a spotless and professional environment. • All high-touch surfaces (table, chairs, TV remote, whiteboard markers, door handles, etc.) are disinfected between meetings. • The conference table and equipment are wiped down with EPA-approved cleaning products after every use. • Restroom and break room areas are checked frequently and restocked with fresh supplies. • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for guest use. • The space is regularly ventilated and maintained by professional cleaning staff to uphold the highest standard of cleanliness. You can feel confident that your meeting will take place in a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
