Our lobby offers a spacious and inviting setting, comfortably furnished with sofas that can accommodate up to twenty guests. Elegant marble flooring, a beautiful chandelier, and ample lighting enhance the space, which spans a generous 777 square feet. The bright, comfortable atmosphere makes it ideal for photo shoots, discussion meetings, or support group gatherings. If you’re looking to display products, the space is also well suited for showcasing small items. Our Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) is perfect for gatherings that require desks and chairs for more formal or lecture-style settings. The room offers a total of 1,271 square feet and can be reserved in full or divided into two sections for added flexibility—the left half spans 589 square feet, and the right half 651 square feet. Each side is equipped with a standalone computer, a 66" monitor, and a speaker system at your disposal. Designed to support focused learning, workshops, presentations, or meetings, the MPR provides a comfortable and functional environment tailored to your event needs. Last but not least, our Main Lecture Hall spans an impressive 3,483 square feet with ample lighting throughout and a wooden floor, perfect for more formal occasions. The space features a stage with dedicated spotlighting for performances, a podium for formal lectures, and a high-quality audio-visual system that includes four projectors, two front sound bars, and up to seven wireless microphones, ensuring that up to 300 guests can comfortably enjoy both sound and visual presentations. For flexibility, we provide 300 foldable chairs and desks to accommodate up to 300 people. The hall is also equipped with four fire emergency exits for safety. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
