About the Space
Modest single room event space, perfect for small productions like interviews and music videos. The space is also great to host small events (capacity is 40 people). We have small cafe tables and chairs provided and a single bathroom for guests usage. A small outdoor space is provided right before you reach the street for smokers. This is one open space, it can be used as an art gallery as well as a wine tasting. The kitchen is not available for use. You have the choice of either using the tables provided, or stocking them in the back area to provide maximum space for guests.

We clean thoroughly between every booking, ensuring the space is welcoming and healthy for all that use it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
