About Faction Brewing

Strata: Half of one of our upper decks, located right next to the taproom entrance. Minimum spend: $500 Gratuity: 20% of actual spend (or 20% of minimum spend if minimum is not met) Space rental: $50/hr Reserve now with just the space rental fee or pay in full at checkout! Our Taproom is located on the old Alameda Naval Air Station with unobstructed views of the San Francisco skyline and Bay Bridge. Our Taproom offers 20+ beers on draft. We are currently offering full and half pours along with custom flights. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase. We have a large outdoor patio and our indoor seating is open!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
