The flexible layout and built-in atmosphere make it easy to host anything from intimate socials to high-energy experiences. --- What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? Our building offers two distinct event areas, each with its own vibe, and both can be rented separately or together for full-building takeovers. Taproom (Street Level – approx. 1,600 sq ft) A bright, art-filled space with seating for ~70, 12 taps, high ceilings, and movable tables. Ideal for receptions, happy hours, presentations, small concerts, private dinners, photo shoots, or networking events. Groove Room (Lower Level – approx. 1,600 sq ft) A performance-ready room with 8 taps, a photogenic mural/backdrop, and direct outdoor access. Perfect for live music, DJs, creative activations, panels, workshops, larger parties, or immersive brand experiences. Full Building Buyout Guests can freely flow between floors, creating natural zones for VIP areas, greenrooms, breakout sessions, or multi-activation events. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
