Taproom (Street Level – approx. 1,600 sq ft) A bright, art-filled space with seating for ~70, 12 taps, high ceilings, and movable tables. Ideal for receptions, happy hours, presentations, small concerts, private dinners, photo shoots, or networking events. Groove Room (Lower Level – approx. 1,600 sq ft) A performance-ready room with 8 taps, a photogenic mural/backdrop, and direct outdoor access. Perfect for live music, DJs, creative activations, panels, workshops, larger parties, or immersive brand experiences. Full Building Buyout Guests can freely flow between floors, creating natural zones for VIP areas, greenrooms, breakout sessions, or multi-activation events.
