The kitchen has recently been remodeled, it has a big island that would be great for multiple people to gather around. The living room is good size with a sectional sofa, can seat around 8 people. 3 bedrooms can be used, 1 is good for kids or grandchildren. A big 3 car garage that can house up to 6 cars. The garage has a lift and a boat inside, 1300 sq ft.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
