About CP Loft
This listing is for the first two floors of an industrial loft space outfitted as a photo studio, event space, or practice area. The space is left empty, unless requested otherwise. It's your blank canvas to play with. Bring your own photo/video equipment or use ours. Host classes, workshops, baby showers, birthday parties, small vendor markets, art galleries, live jam sessions, and more, in a clean, space with beautiful natural lighting. There is a full kitchen availble, 1.5 bathrooms, patio space, and changing area upstairs. Lighting equipment available: godox vl300 continuous with octagon softbox, neweer LED, neweer continuous with soft boxes. Cloth backdrops are free to use. Paper backdrops available for a $45 add-on fee.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
