1. General Cleaning Overview We prioritize cleanliness to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Our team follows a thorough cleaning procedure before, during, and after each event or stay. 2. Pre-Event Cleaning Before each event or guest arrival, our cleaning team conducts a deep clean of the space to ensure it meets our high standards. The following procedures are performed: Dusting and Surface Wiping: All furniture, décor, and surfaces are dusted and wiped down. Flooring: Floors are mopped, and sanitized, including all high-traffic areas. Restrooms: Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Sanitizing High-Touch Areas: Door handles, light switches, and other high-touch areas are sanitized. Furniture and Fixtures: All chairs, tables, and any other movable furniture are disinfected. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied and replaced with new liners. Safety Check: The space is checked for any potential hazards. 3. Post-Event Cleaning After each event, a thorough cleaning procedure is performed to return the venue to pristine condition: Trash Removal: All trash is collected and disposed of. Furniture and Fixtures: Furniture is wiped down. Floors: Hard floors are mopped or steamed. Restrooms: Restrooms are re-cleaned and all supplies are replenished. Sanitizing: All high-touch areas are disinfected again to ensure safety for the next guests. Damage Inspection: We inspect the space for any damage or missing items, and our team will reach out promptly to resolve any issues. 4. Guest Responsibilities We ask that all guests follow basic housekeeping practices to help maintain cleanliness of the venue: Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins provided. Avoid spilling food or drinks on furniture and flooring. Return furniture to its original layout if moved. Report any major spills or damages immediately to our team. Thank you.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
