Seating and layouts can be easily adjusted depending on your event needs. Additional usable areas include: Backyard and outdoor space – great for wellness sessions, fitness activities, breaks, or informal gatherings Driveway and exterior areas – suitable for outdoor activities or content setups For privacy and security, all bedrooms and non-designated rooms remain locked and are not part of the rental. 🧼 Cleaning Process The space is professionally cleaned and reset before and after each booking to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: Thorough cleaning of all designated event areas before each booking Disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, seating, and restroom areas Floors swept and mopped as needed Outdoor areas checked and reset prior to use To maintain the quality of the space: Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition Furniture should be returned to its original layout All personal items, décor, and equipment must be removed at the end of the booking This process allows for a smooth transition between events while keeping the space clean, professional, and ready for the next guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
