This space is available off-peak only and is intended for non-competing, appointment-based or small group use. Availability: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Sunday Ideal for: • Yoga & mobility instructors • Stretching / recovery sessions • Personal trainers (mat-based work only) • Physical therapy / movement specialists • Private coaching & workshops • Youth movement or homeschool PE programs House Rules: • Scheduled use only (no exclusive access) • Licensee must carry liability insurance • Mats must be cleaned after use • No solicitation of gym members • Licensee may not offer programs that directly compete with Licensor’s core services Message us with your intended use, group size, and preferred time block.
