The Sanctuary is an elevated and unique boutique hotel and event space in a 1920s converted church. With exposed original rafters, a 30-foot ceiling, hardwood floors, and huge gothic windows that create a light-filled space, The Sanctuary offers a unique and modern design while preserving the aged character and history of the building. The Sanctuary is the perfect venue for all kinds of events, including photo shoots, corporate events and parties, bridal and baby showers, family gatherings, micro-weddings, catered dinners, and more. The Sanctuary has three levels. On the main floor, you'll find the Great Room with several intimate seating spaces, leather couches around a beautiful gas fireplace, salvaged stained glass, and an antique beveled-glass window, which provides the perfect backdrop for beautiful photographs. Three of the eight guest rooms are located on the main floor. From the Great Room, take the majestic staircase to the mezzanine level, where you can look over into the Great Room, make use of the sleek kitchenette, or find expansive seating at the handmade wooden dining tables. One special guest room is located on the mezzanine level. Below the main floor, you'll find the Garden Level, where four additional guest rooms are located. When your event comes with the need for overnight lodging, the 8 cozy guest rooms allow everyone to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep and have a place to retreat for some solitude or quiet. The guest rooms contain a mix of king, queen, and queen or full bunk beds (14 beds total). Each guest room has its own en-suite bathroom, TV, and mini-fridge. During spring, summer, and fall, the spacious porch is such a relaxing place to sit back and relax. With two hanging basket chairs on one side and seating for six on the other, you won't have a problem finding a place to soak up the sun and enjoy the breeze as you listen to the soothing sounds of the two water fountains. Across the street, you'll find a fire pit and corn hole. The Sanctuary is also accessible for those with limited mobility. The back entrance is accessible with a ramp and no stairs, and a lift operates between the main floor and mezzanine so that all gathering spaces are fully accessible. Whether you're looking for a space to host your event for just a few hours or want to stay overnight, this phenomenal property is the perfect venue.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
