Guests are expected to leave the space in good, orderly condition at the end of their booking. Please note the following cleaning expectations: -All personal items, décor, food, and beverages must be removed from the space. -Trash must be bagged and placed in designated trash receptacles. -Tables and chairs used during the event must be cleared and neatly stacked or returned to their original locations (unless otherwise arranged). -Any spills must be wiped up promptly. -The kitchenette must be left clean and empty, with all food removed. -Bathrooms should be left in reasonable condition (no excessive mess or trash left behind). -No tape residue, adhesives, or decorations should remain on walls, floors, or fixtures. -Furniture, equipment, stage pieces, and décor must be returned to their original setup unless prior approval was given. 🧹 Additional Notes -A standard cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only. -Excessive mess, spills, stains, or trash left behind may result in additional cleaning charges. -Any damage to the space or equipment will be charged to the booking party. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
