The Harwin District Creative Studio Loft is located in the heart of Houston’s Harwin Wholesale District. This 2nd floor 1702 SQFT creative studio sits upstairs from an active clothing wholesale and print shop—placing you directly at the intersection of production and creativity. The space features a clean, industrial aesthetic with high ceiling, natural light, and a flexible layout ideal for fashion shoots, content creation, workshops, masterclasses, meetings, fittings, and creative events. Due to the layout of the studio, all bookings are exclusive and do not overlap. Guests must select the booking option that best fits their use case. Booking Options: Photo Studio Access - (2-Hour Minimum) Includes access to the private photo studio room only. 26ft x 14ft. Guests will walk through the main space for entry but may not set up or linger in the event space. Ideal for content creation, e-commerce, and fashion shoots. Capacity: Up to 8 guests Event / Workshop Space - (2-Hour Minimum) Includes access to the main creative space only. 47ft x 26ft. Ideal for workshops, panels, meetings, masterclasses, and creative events. Capacity: Up to 30 Guest Full Studio Buyout - (2-Hour Minimum) Includes full access to both spaces for private use. Entire 1702 sqft. Best for brand activations, productions, launch events, and hybrid shoots. Capacity: Up to 45 Guest

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The studio is cleaned and reset before and after each booking. High-touch surfaces, floors, restrooms, and common areas are routinely cleaned and disinfected. Trash is removed after each use, and the space is inspected to ensure it is returned to its original condition. Additional cleaning is performed as needed between bookings, and guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
