About the Space The Pearson Events Venue is a modern, intimate event space located on the turnpike in Berlin, Connecticut — perfect for workshops, content days, and creative gatherings. Our space is designed for people who want a clean, stylish venue without the stress of a large banquet hall. Weekday bookings (Monday–Thursday) are ideal for workshops, classes, presentations, content creation, and photoshoots, styled shoots, meetings and more. Not Ideal For: • Large parties • All-day events • Weddings or receptions Layout & Capacity The venue comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests seated or up to 127 standing, depending on layout. Tables and chairs are included, and the space can be configured to fit your event needs. Basic Maintenance:The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities after each event. You as the client, are responsible for cleaning up after your event which includes but not limited to, sweeping, mopping and taking out trash.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
