We take cleanliness seriously and maintain the outdoor space with regular care and upkeep. Before each booking, the space is cleared of debris, walkways and patio areas are swept and rinsed as needed, and all high-touch surfaces and outdoor furniture are cleaned and sanitized. The lawn and landscaped areas are also inspected to ensure everything is tidy and guest-ready. After each event, the space is cleaned again to prepare for the next guests. Because this is an outdoor environment, natural elements like weather, leaves, and pollen may be present, but we make every effort to keep the space looking clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
