The Mini-Mod no3 is a picturesque cabin located in the coastal redwoods at The Sea Ranch. This 1968 "Demonstration House" was designed by Bay Area master architects Joseph Esherick and George Homsey and is listed on the California register of Historic Places. The post and beam interconnected interior spaces capture NorCal aesthetic made popular at The Sea Ranch. The cabin photographs larger than it is. It is small, 684sf over 3 levels all on a 20'x20' footprint. The grounds of the cabin are a dense redwood forest, with huge stumps, fallen trees, and rustic grapestake fences. Overnight accommodations for 4 can be arranged for an additional charge.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
