Our Moneta studio is available for short-term rentals during select times. This is a clean, well-maintained space ideal for rehearsals, classes, and small group gatherings. ✨ Ideal for: • Dance teachers & choreographers • Yoga, barre, Pilates, and fitness instructors • Worship & flag teams • Acting, theater, or vocal groups • Photographers (dance or branding sessions) • Meetings, workshops, or small events 📐 SPACE DETAILS: • Approx. 750 sq ft • Comfortably fits up to 12 dancers • Marley flooring • Nearly full-wall mirrors • Bluetooth speaker (available upon request) • Barres and chairs available upon request 🕒 AVAILABILITY: • Weekdays: mornings until 3:00 PM • Weekends: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (anytime) • No weekday evening availability 💲 PRICING: • $40 per hour • 2-hour minimum ($80 total) 📋 RENTAL POLICIES: • Clean shoes only • No food or drinks • Respectful music and content • Space must be left as found • Rental agreement and liability waiver/proof of insurance required 📩 HOW TO INQUIRE: Please message or email with: • Date & time requested • Purpose of rental • Number of participants

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
