Located in the heart of Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood and the Cultural Arts District, the Evans School is just steps away from the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Public Library, Colorado History Museum, Civic Center Park and more. Today, the Evans School has been revitalized as a vibrant mixed-used space. The building is currently home to the Schoolyard Beer Garden and Schoolyard Café, as well as mixed-use retail and commercial space. The Evans School is easily accessible via public transit and has plentiful parking available. The Workshop is located on the 3rd floor of the historic Evans School building on the North end of the building in a spacious corner suite. The space has large windows that overlook an unmatched and unobstructed view of Downtown Denver for endless inspiration. The 1200 sq ft space features two comfortable seating areas for intimate meeting space and a large open area with flexible table configurations for meeting space with up to XX seats. Or, seating can be cleared away for a standing-room only event. A Nespresso machine and mini fridge are available for use. We can help connect you with catering from Schoolyard Cafe, who will set up and manage your delivery, or you can order in catering from the many food options nearby including Leven Deli, Torchy's Tacos, and more. A representative from the Workshop will meet you at the beginning of your booking time to provide access to the space and answer any questions. You'll be provided additional access information upon booking.
