The space has a lived-in, creative energy and works best for people looking for a setting with personality, purpose, and an active artistic presence.
LAYOUT
[the square] is a multi-room music studio and creative space made up of three separate studios, allowing flexibility for a wide range of uses and the ability to host multiple activities at once.
• Main Studio (Studio A):
A bright, welcoming central space that can be configured for meetings, workshops, photo or video shoots, listening parties, rehearsals, or small events. Furniture is movable and well suited for collaborative gatherings.
• Studio B & Studio C (Two Smaller Soundproof Studios):
Two enclosed, soundproofed studios that are fully capable of recording. These rooms are ideal for podcast recording, voiceover, interviews, music tracking, rehearsals, or any activity requiring privacy and sound isolation.
Desk and tables can be configured as shared work areas perfect for breakout sessions, production teams, or collaborative work. Casual seating options on sofas offer comfortable spots for conversation, interviews, or downtime during longer bookings. The layout supports both shared creative energy and focused, private work.
