We prepare the space before every booking to make sure it’s clean, tidy and ready for photoshoots. • The pool area, garden and patio are checked and cleared of any debris • Outdoor surfaces are wiped down including tables, chairs and railings • All seating is cleaned and arranged neatly so guests can set up quickly • High touch areas like gates, handles and switches are wiped • Rubbish from previous bookings is removed and bins are emptied • The pool is checked for clarity so it photographs well • Lawn is kept trimmed and tidy for wide shots • We do a walkthrough before guests arrive to make sure everything matches the listing photos
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
