Podcast-Ready Setup – A quiet and comfortable space for audio and video recordings, complete with stylish seating arrangements, studio level cameras/mics, and more that create an intimate, professional ambiance Features: Fully Equipped Podcast Studio- Our podcast studio is set up for a host + guest recording, optimized with: -2 Luxli Timpani LED Light Panels for optimal lighting -2 Sony Alpha a7 IV Full Frame Mirorrless cameras (all footage is shot in 4K) -2 50mm F1.4 DF DN Lens -2 Shure MV& mics -2 Rove Concepts Chic chairs -2 sets of curtain backdrops (white or green) Plug-and-Play Convenience – Easy access to power outlets, bluetooth speaker, and wifi. Bathroom In-Studio: Privacy for changing/restroom use in studio. We have disposable brushes, hairspray, hair ties, tampons, and other toiletries. Kitchenette: Microwave, fridge, and sink. Complimentary water and beverage access, snacks provided on counter. Reach out to inquire about dishes, glassware, and flatware. FAQS: Is audio/video included? Yes Is sound engineer required? Yes, and it's $50 an hour. Engineer will sound check you, make sure you look great, and deliver content (we added this when booking as the "cleaning fee" ) Do you send us video/audio? Yes, we can transfer footage to you immediately if you bring an external hard drive. These files are very large. Do you have to attach audio? No, our set up aligns audio and video already, so you do not have to edit them together. Though we can deliver microphone tracks separately, if requested Do you have bundle deals? Yes, message directly for rates on 5 hour and 10 hour pack packages Do you offer editing services? Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
