Floors & Common Areas – Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped to ensure the space is spotless. 3. Restrooms – Fully sanitized, stocked with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 4. Furniture & Equipment – All furniture, props, and equipment are cleaned and disinfected before each booking. 5. Linens & Textiles – Any linens, pillows, or blankets used in the space are freshly laundered or replaced. 6. Ventilation – The space is aired out and ventilated to maintain fresh air circulation. 7. Ongoing Maintenance – Throughout the day, high-traffic areas are periodically checked and cleaned as needed.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
