Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned and reset between each booking. All high-touch surfaces are sanitized, floors are cleaned, restrooms are disinfected, and trash is removed. Arcade games, piano surfaces, furniture, and commonly used areas are wiped down to ensure a clean, ready-to-use space for every guest. Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition after use. Excessive mess or failure to dispose of trash may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
