Large decking. 2) Modern lounge diner, large square dining table to sit 8, double doors leading from hallway. Large sofa and two separate chairs. Wooden floors, french doors into garden. 3) Kitchen diner - cottage style, tiled floor Access to downstairs toilet facilities Our location is a 10 minute drive from the New Forest

High touch areas are disinfected prior to the hirer of the space and hand sanitiser is provided on site. There is additional outdoor space should you wish to use it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
