Step into a piece of Connecticut history. Located in the historic Burnside Mill complex, this 2,750 sq. ft. "Brick and Beam" loft offers a stunning backdrop for creative productions, off-site meetings, and photo shoots.
The Space: The unit features soaring timber ceilings, authentic exposed brick walls, and oversized windows that frame a dramatic view of the Hockanum River waterfall and dam. The aesthetic is "Industrial Chic" but finished with clean, commercial-grade carpeting (excellent for sound dampening during video interviews).
Layout & Access:
Main Floor: A wide-open, column-free layout that can be configured for rows of seating, camera equipment, or breakout groups.
Load-In: We are production-friendly! Access is easy via our loading dock and freight elevator.
Parking: We offer a massive private lot with 90+ spaces. The lot is illuminated by floodlights and monitored by security cameras, making it safe for crew vehicles and trucks.

High-Touch Sanitization: We disinfect all high-touch surfaces between bookings, including doorknobs, light switches, elevator buttons, and restroom fixtures using EPA-approved disinfectants.
Flooring: The carpet is vacuumed and spot-cleaned before every check-in.
Ventilation: Our space features high ceilings and ample square footage, allowing for excellent air circulation.
Buffer Time: We ensure a cleaning buffer period between guests to allow for thorough preparation.
Supplies: Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are provided on-site for guest use.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
