Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The Oma Shop 2 is professionally cleaned and maintained on a consistent schedule to ensure a welcoming, sanitary, and well-kept environment for every guest. The space is cleaned and reset before and after each booking, including floors, furniture, counters, and high-touch surfaces. All tables, seating, and bar surfaces are wiped down and sanitized using food-safe cleaning products. Restrooms are fully cleaned and restocked prior to each event. The coffee bar and wine bar areas are thoroughly cleaned according to food and beverage service standards. Trash and recycling are removed between bookings to ensure a fresh start for each guest. Additional cleaning protocols are followed for events with food, beverage service, or high guest counts. Guests are expected to return the space to a reasonable condition at the end of their booking. Excessive messes, spills, or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
