About Empyrean Bistro & Bar
Empyrean Bistro & Bar is Hoboken’s most versatile event space for corporate and family celebrations. Host up to 175 guests indoors plus 200+ outdoors, with seamless indoor/outdoor flow, projectors and sound/mic systems available for presentations and speeches, and a full-size bar to elevate the experience. Catering is optional—choose Empyrean’s in-house menu or bring your own caterer, with plenty of flexible options to match your style and budget. Easy for guests: validated parking available in a large nearby garage, and the 9th St Light Rail stop is right outside the building.

Guests must follow staff guidance; the venue may refuse service to visibly intoxicated guests. Client is responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items caused by the group.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
