About the Space
Located close to Fishtown. The kitchen space is available for cooking content. The living room has a comfortable couch and nook area which will do great for podcasts or sit down content. You may the bathroom for hygiene product content. A cozy wall nook is also available for photoshoots or sit down content. The dinning area is great for product photography, food and other creative activities. We also have a photo studio in the works for the second bedroom. There are camera on the exterior of the building and shared hallway/stair space but non in the actual space. The outdoor space is also great for photos, creative content, dj mix sessions… get creative :)

Cleanliness is very important so bookings are spaced out to allow for appropriate cleaning to take place. Eco conscious disinfectant products are used to ensure safety.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
