Penthouse 12 is our north facing daylight space with spectacular views of The West Side, The Hudson River, The High Line, Hudson Yards and uptown from the 12th floor. It is 1200 square feet with 12’ high ceilings. This one of a kind space offers architecturally designed floor to ceiling glass walls. With a separate kitchen, this space feels more like a loft than a studio. It’s perfect for fashion catalogs, advertising, lingerie, lifestyle, still life, food and video productions. We host special events both day and night. Roof access may also be available, please inquire about availability.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
