The soundproof, sound-treated main room doubles as a recording studio, perfect for music recording sessions and band rehearsals. A dedicated production room, private artist suite with en-suite bathroom, full chef's kitchen, and lounge area are all included — a true one-stop space for cast and crew. Also well suited for corporate event productions, product shoot setups, and product showcase presentations that need privacy and security.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean the space before and after each guest stay. For stays longer than two days, we can arrange for a cleaning person to come in during the stay to clean the bathrooms and kitchen and restock the vanities.
If guests prefer complete privacy throughout their stay, they can opt out of the mid-stay cleaning and handle basic cleaning themselves.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
