23x25ft space rental for small events, trainings, parties, business meetings, coworking space, baby showers, etc. Available for use: 4x 8ft tables, 25x folding chairs, 65" TV Dry erase board Photo op backgrounds Please keep in original condition and clean up before you finish your event. Leave the space the way you found it. Setup/cleanup time must be included in your booking- early arrival/late checkout is not approved. Fines may be imposed.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
