The space, building, and neighborhood are the epitome of the SOuth of DOwntown vibe of SODO Seattle. Space is rectangular and approximately 20' X 60' with 15' high clearance to ceiling fixtures. Space can come completely empty or with some of the existing furniture remaining depending on the need and usage. There are two ADA accessible bathrooms in the space, and a small wet bar area. Primary access is through the storefront glass door, however there is a loading dock and 12' tall, 10' wide receiving door for equipment. Additional equipment and services available on request with notice. Additional spaces may be available depending on our business needs. Event space is in non-residential, industrial zoned area. Amplified music is absolutely ok anytime except 6am - 4pm during weekdays. A great space for a pop up event, a social gathering, a photo shoot, or a work event needing open space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
