1. Clear & Initial Sweep Remove Personal Items: Remove all decorations, signage, and personal belongings brought in by vendors or guests. Trash Removal: Collect all trash and food debris, placing them in designated dumpster bins. Replace Liners: Empty all bins and replace them with new, clean trash bags. 2. Surface Sanitation Wipe Tables & Chairs: Sanitize all tables, chairs, bar tops, and countertops with a disinfectant. Clean Appliances: Wipe down any used appliances, including microwaves and refrigerators, ensuring no food is left behind. High-Touch Points: Disinfect door handles, light switches, and handrails. 3. Restroom Reset Sanitize Fixtures: Thoroughly disinfect toilets, sinks, and counters. Restock: Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Clean Floors: Sweep and mop floors, paying attention to corners. 4. Floors & Final Touches Vacuum/Mop: Thoroughly vacuum all carpets and sweep/mop hard floors. Furniture Setup: Return tables and chairs to their original layout. Final Walkthrough: Turn off all lights, close windows, and lock up
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
