Native McKinney is a warm, creative, and intentionally designed space that works beautifully for small gatherings, workshops, and experiential events centered around creativity, wellness, and connection. The space is especially well-suited for activities such as candle making, soap making, herbal and apothecary workshops, Reiki sessions, sound baths, meditation circles, journaling classes, tarot or intuitive readings, intimate classes, pop-ups, and small group meetings. It also works well for photoshoots, content creation, and brand activations that benefit from a natural, earthy aesthetic. The layout is flexible and thoughtfully divided into distinct areas that can be used together or independently. There is an open main area that can be arranged with tables for hands-on workshops or cleared for floor seating, circles, or movement-based activities. Shelving and display areas provide a natural backdrop for retail-style setups, pop-ups, or product styling. A quieter section of the space can be used for one-on-one sessions, readings, or small breakout groups, making it easy to host multi-layered events without feeling crowded. Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after every booking to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests. High-touch surfaces—including tables, counters, door handles, and shared areas—are cleaned and sanitized between each use. Floors are swept and mopped regularly, and restrooms are fully cleaned and restocked prior to each booking. Trash is removed after every event, and the space is aired out to maintain a fresh, calm environment. We ask all renters to return the space in a reasonably clean condition at the end of their booking, including disposing of trash and wiping up any spills. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness for everyone who uses the space. If additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess, spills, or damage, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
