1970’s time capsule basement lounge, perfect for retro kitschy photo or video shoots.
The space features
-a bar, with vintage barware, artisan neon lights, and a game sturdy table.
-lounge area with a large green couch, and vintage velvet side chairs, various light sources, and a modern tv/record player. Tv can be moved out for shoots, turntable can not. (BYOVTV bring your own vintage tv? It’s happened before!)
Space has 7ft ceilings, a private entrance, and bathroom for guest use. There are two cats on the property.

This space is used for personal use outside of bookings, and carpet and furniture is vacuumed between bookings to reduce cat hair.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
