Before each booking:
All common areas, studios, and suites are thoroughly cleaned and reset
Floors are swept and mopped
High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, handles, tables, equipment surfaces) are sanitized
Restrooms are cleaned, stocked, and disinfected
Trash is removed and bins are relined
Furniture and sets are reset to their default layout
Between bookings (same-day use):
Quick sanitation of high-traffic areas
Spot cleaning as needed to maintain presentation and hygiene
Space is visually reset for the next production
After each booking:
Full walkthrough inspection
Deep cleaning of used areas
Trash removal and final reset
We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment that reflects the quality of work produced here. Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition. Excessive mess, damage, or unauthorized use may result in additional cleaning fees.
