To ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, our venue is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company after each event. We take cleanliness seriously, and your rental includes a full post-event cleaning to guarantee a spotless space upon arrival. Our cleaning process includes: Sanitizing of all salon stations, chairs, and high-touch surfaces Sweeping and mopping of all floors Full restroom cleaning and restocking of supplies Complete trash removal with liners replaced Cleaning and sanitizing of the break room Final walkthrough to ensure the venue meets our high cleanliness standards You can rest assured that your event will begin in a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment every time.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
