## Our Cleaning & Turnover Process Your comfort and safety are important to us. After every booking, our home is carefully prepared by a professional cleaning team using a detailed, multi-step turnover process designed specifically for large homes and group stays. Every reset includes: • All bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces. • All bedrooms are fully reset with freshly laundered linens, pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels. • All common areas -- living rooms, theater room, game room, and dining areas -- are cleaned, vacuumed, and wiped down. • Kitchen surfaces, appliances, sinks, and handles are cleaned and sanitized. • Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout the home. • Trash and recycling are removed and replaced. • The hot tub is checked, cleaned, and chemically balanced as needed. We also complete a walk-through inspection after each cleaning to make sure the home is ready for the next guests and that everything is safe, functional, and comfortable. For larger groups, retreats, or extended stays, we schedule extra time and additional staff to ensure the home receives the attention it needs.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
