I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

TwentyOne38 Studios is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between all bookings in accordance with local health authority guidelines. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are sanitized, and soft, porous materials are properly cleaned or removed as needed. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning by a licensed professional cleaner. Guests are provided with disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, and face coverings. The space is reconfigured to support physical distancing, features access to outdoor air ventilation and HEPA-certified air filters, and capacity is limited in line with current guidelines. Clear signage, including cleaning checklists and guest guidelines, is posted throughout the studio to keep all guests informed and comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
