This light-filled urban studio is ideal for photo shoots, video production, content creation, workshops, and small gatherings. The space features an open, flexible layout with expansive glass walls and bifold doors that allow abundant natural light and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The main area works well as a shooting zone, set build, or open workspace, while the adjacent alfresco area can be used for breaks, styling, or additional setups. Clean lines, tiled surfaces, and neutral finishes make it easy to transform the space for lifestyle shoots, social media content, interviews, or small events. Exterior-only security cameras are installed for safety, with no interior monitoring.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected between bookings in line with local health authority and short-term rental guidelines. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, tables, and bathroom fixtures are sanitised before each booking. Disinfecting supplies and hand sanitiser are available for guest use, and bookings are spaced apart to allow for thorough cleaning and ventilation.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
